This blog is run by the Friends of Manning’s Pit Group.
This blog, our Facebookpage, and Twitter are the places to go to for daily news updates about the campaign to Save – and now Buy – Manning’s Pit. We have set the blog up because many of our supporters do not use Facebook or Twitter, but can access a blog more easily. It is also useful when we want to post urgent news but we may not be able to update the website so quickly.
The Friends of Manning’s Pit are a group of local residents from the Pilton and Bradiford area. The field known as Manning’s Pit is situated on the edge of these two villages which are attached to the larger town of Barnstaple, North Devon.
Our website www.manningspit.com is updated regularly, but usually on a weekly rather than daily basis. It is the place to go to for information in depth, with maps, photographs, a full history of our campaign to Save Manning’s Pit, our map of support from all around the world, and more.
The website is also the place to go to if you want to donate to our campaign to BUY Manning’s Pit.
Please feel free to contact us through our gmail .
You can also Comment, of course.
